I’m a software engineer based in New York.

My work

I’ve built and supported backend and data-platform systems using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Elasticsearch. These systems have processed millions of events over time, validating and monitoring data production, consumption, and quality events in real time to support analytics, dashboards, SLA monitoring, and data lineage.

How I approach engineering

I enjoy thinking through how services and data fit together, including what happens when something goes wrong. I care about making systems easier to understand and troubleshoot, and choosing approaches that hold up in everyday use.

Outside of work, I enjoy music and singing, gaming, trying new places around New York, and spending time with friends.
